Exit is preparing a Supplement to its self-deliverance book, Five Last Acts. The supplement contains extensive diagrams and information on self-deliverance techniques (helium, compression, chloroquine, plastic bags and starvation) developed from our workshops and other verified sources. The emphasis is on practicalities, including making or obtaining necessary material without extensive knowledge or know-how (beyond what is contained in Five Last Acts and the workshops). The supplement will be available free of charge at the end of September (only to any persons who have already purchased Five Last Acts) on receipt of a large stamped addressed envelope and international mailing coupons where appropriate. Please note we run on a shoe-string and there may be a delay of several weeks in processing requests.
This message is a logical place for providing a small note to another self-deliverance manual, Guide to a Humane Self-Chosen Death (WOZZ Foundation, 2006). On page 57 the Guide says that Departing Drugs (an Exit publication which preceded Five Last Acts) "recommends the sleeping pill zopiclone" for use with chloroquine. We do not, and never did.
(Exit is an independent society supplying self-deliverance information since 1980. Five Last Acts, 186pp, costs £10 UK or £14 overseas, proof of age required. Exit, 17 Hart St, Edinburgh EH1 3RN, Scotland UK.)
